We're looking for a proactive and inclusive Shift Leader to join our Distribution Centre team and lead the way in delivering outstanding operational performance and team development.

What You’ll Do...

As a Shift Leader, you’ll take ownership of the daily warehouse operations. From achieving KPIs and managing inventory to championing health, safety, and inclusion, you’ll be a vital part of ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and safely.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and supporting a diverse warehouse team to hit performance targets
• Managing resources and shift planning to meet operational goals
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with SOX, health & safety, and quality standards
• Overseeing inventory accuracy and regular cycle counts
• Fostering a culture where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued

What You'll Bring...

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience leading warehouse teams and driving performance
• Are confident managing compliance, cost control, and stock accuracy
• Communicate clearly, coach effectively, and value diverse perspectives
• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a positive outlook
• Have a strong focus on health, safety, and customer satisfaction

Bonus points if you also bring:

• IOSH Managing Safely (required) or NEBOSH certification
• Knowledge of WMS systems and forklift operations
• FLT licence, CPC, or Lean Six Sigma qualifications
