We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving. If you love working with numbers, ensuring employees get paid on time, and keeping payroll processes running smoothly, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the payroll process for the UK & ROI, working with our external provider, SDWorx.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll data input, including starters, leavers, bonuses, and deductions.
• Perform monthly Gross to Net checks to guarantee payroll accuracy.
• Ensure all payroll activities meet SOX regulations and UK/ROI tax laws.
• Submit accurate payments to tax and social security authorities.
• Prepare and upload monthly pension data to providers.
• Be the go-to person for payroll queries, managing the payroll mailbox.

What We’re Looking For

• Payroll experience – you’ve handled payroll processes and understand the ins and outs. Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Attention to detail – accuracy is your superpower.
• Strong problem-solving skills – you don’t just find issues, you fix them.
• Excellent communication – you can explain payroll in a way that makes sense.
• Tech-savvy mindset – experience with SD Worx is a big plus!
  CIPP qualification (desirable but not essential).
