We have a vacancy in our Marketing team for a Brand & Campaign Proposition Manager. This role can be based at either our Bracknell or Aylesbury Office and offers hybrid working.

About the role …

As Brand & Campaign Proposition Manager at Sally Europe, you will implement successful brand and marketing campaigns to support our direct sales channel across UK, ROI, Netherlands and Belgium. Our direct sales teams provide market leading professional brands and business education to business owners. You will act as a brand champion, developing and reviewing a range of marketing collateral including brochures, advertising, events collateral and digital media. 

Key Responsibilities …

  • Own and lead the execution of the brand marketing plan, leading from planning through to delivery
  • Write and contribute to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process 
  • Own and create the social plan for all brands and channels, reporting to all stakeholders on KPI's
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with brand partners securing good understanding of the brand and their values 
  • Liaise with print vendors to secure print production, fulfilment and distribution of printed marketing material
  • Manage cross functional relationships internally and externally to ensure that all campaigns are delivered in agreed time lines and on budget
  • Work in partnership with the CRM and customer insights team to review communication performance and secure continued improvement of engement and opening rates
  • In partnership with CRM team undertake campaign reporting and analysis, measuring against defined KPIs and creating summary reports to share with the wider team

About you …

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing related role 
  • Knowledge of international marketing is desirable
  • Strong understanding of the entire marketing mix, including PR, social and broadcast email
  • Campaign management experience with strong digital content focus 
  • Enjoys working cross functionally and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills - managing projects from end-to-end
  • Passionate about the Hair and Beauty industry 
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
