What You'll Do

As our Content & PR Manager, you'll take charge of delivering best-in-class content to support our annual marketing strategy. You'll lead the creation of engaging, market-specific content that resonates with our diverse audience, working closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency across all channels. You'll also spearhead our PR efforts, amplifying our brand presence and driving a strategic shift in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities...

Content Creation: Plan and manage the production of videos, imagery, live education, copywriting, and ambassador partnerships to align with our annual marketing plan.
PR Management: Execute a robust PR strategy across the UK and CE regions, including partnerships with influencers and industry associations.
Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a talented content team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Charity Initiatives: Develop and implement impactful charity strategies that align with our brand values.
Efficiency & Budget Management: Maximize resources and ROI, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

What We’re Looking For...

Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in content creation and PR strategy.
Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion: A strong interest in the hair and beauty industry.
Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. (CMS or DAM experience and European market exposure are a plus.)
