We are recruiting for a Customer Sales & Support Advisor to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

About the Role:
As a Customer Sales & Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our salon partners, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Your role involves processing orders, maximizing sales opportunities, and supporting customers with pre- and post-sales queries. You will work closely with salon professionals to offer guidance on products, promotions, and education opportunities, making a tangible impact on their business success.

  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Driving sales through proactive and solution-oriented communication.
  • Supporting salons by sharing expert product knowledge and advice.

Key Responsibilities....

  • Process sales orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales by recommending relevant products.
  • Proactively contact salons about promotions, events, and educational initiatives.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and stock issues with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Salon Business Consultants to enhance journey planning and maximize sales.
  • Become a product champion for a specific section of our range, staying up to date with innovations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.
