Email Marketing Executive (6 Month FTC)

We are looking for a Email Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a 6 Month FTC. This role will be based at our Head Office in Bracknell and offers hybrid working, with 3 days office based and 2 days from home. 

About the role …

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and developing CRM Digital Communications (Email and SMS) across Sally Europe (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium). You will assist in creating effective digital campaigns for Trade and Retail customers to drive footfall and online conversions using automation, personalisation and an omnichannel approach.
 

Key Responsibilities …

• Build email campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Automated Programmes, CRM Activity or discount triggers – check Photoshop designs against brief, build emails in Emarsys, copywriting (subject lines/preview text), add links and thorough testing of emails)
• Work closely with the CRM team on customer segmentation and targeting
• Accountable for the branding, content and delivery of all email marketing
• Assist with writing briefs for the Studio, including copywriting for campaigns
• Closely monitor, track and report analytics on campaigns, including ROI, recommendations for future improvements and testing
• Proactively explore market activities and trends, to influence or improve our own campaigns

About you....

• +3 years retail marketing experience 
• +1 year relevant experience i.e. Email, SMS, Digital, CRM 
• +1 year experience in event driven/automated communication
• Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines and remain un-phased under pressure.
• Ability to analyse & interpret data and insights to deliver effective digital communication programmes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Experience in creating unique customer journeys and executing the related digital communications.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to share results to internal shareholders.
