We’re now looking for a Learning Design Specialist to join our vibrant team based in Bracknell.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design & Deliver: Create high-impact digital and blended learning experiences using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Suite, and more.
Lead Innovation: Explore and implement cutting-edge tools like Synthesia and Vyond to bring learning to life.
Own Our LMS: Manage and evolve our “MyLearning” platform — ensuring content is current, relevant, and easily accessible.
Collaborate Widely: Partner with HR, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to build solutions that hit the mark.
Drive Strategy: Maintain a forward-thinking, scalable learning portfolio that’s data-driven and ROI-focused

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning development.
Mastery of Articulate Rise/Storyline and Adobe Suite.
A strong grasp of learning technologies and LMS platforms.
A creative spark with a sharp eye for detail.
Project management skills and a knack for stakeholder engagement.
A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for learning.
