We are looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be based at our Head Office in Bracknell and offers hybrid working, with 3 days office based and 2 days from home.
About the role …
In this key role you will be executing our Loyalty and CRM marketing strategy across our UK & European business securing programme delivery across all direct sales channels, with a focus on driving ongoing growth through our (new) loyalty programme. ?This growth will be centred across the customer lifecycle (acquire, engage, retain), working closely with data and digital marketing teams to continuously optimise our data insights, utilising our Loyalty & CRM platforms to create increasingly more relevant and personalised consumer engagement supporting sales growth and customer retention.
