We are recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Territory Support team in Ghent.

About the role …

Reporting to the Real Estates Manager, the maintenance coordinator is the key contact for all of our retail stores across Continental Europe (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands). You will be responsible for the maintenance across all of our locations, ensuring compliance of Health & Safety regulations at all times to uphold a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities …

Research and negotiate with providers in the various countries where we operate
Manage and monitor our providers, ensuring that commitments, costs, deadlines and safety instructions are met during operations
Prepare budgets for short, medium and longer term to optimise operating costs and energy consumption
Propose improvements to facilities (maintenance, replacement, projects) and draw up estimates for submission to management
Provide technical reports and KPI's
Enforce health & safety legislation and implement to ensure staff health and safety at all times
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with our store network
Create and develop a new efficient process to facilitate decision-making and budget management

About you …

3 to 5 years experience in maintenance management
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
Strong technical, especially Hvac and electricity and admin skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
