About the role …

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love working with data? As a Masterdata Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication between our purchasing, warehouse, store, and accounting teams. Your work will directly impact our internal ERP system and product data management across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities …

Programming motions (checkouts) of our bi-monthly brochures for seven countries. This will include preparing excel files, creating promotions in the ERP and POS systems and creation of pop-ups for our websites
Testing and creating help sheets for our stores and follow-up of the promotions
Creation and follow-up of all product information, including updating product changes, creation of new items, bar codes, input & management of prices and supplier information
Point of contact for all departments regarding product data management

About you …

Communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to effectively manage time and work in a fast paced environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
