Are you passionate about driving margin growth and delivering impactful pricing strategies? As our Pricing & Promotion Manager, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing price and promotion strategies across all Sally Europe markets. Reporting to the VP of Merchandising, you will shape the pricing lifecycle across channels, provide critical analytics, and champion best practices in pricing and promotions to maximize business results. This role is based in Ghent, with some travel to the UK. Be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, customer focus, and bold decision-making.

Key Responsibilities …

Champion new ways of working and transform the way we set our pricing in the different markets. Including our WinWin brands as well as our Open and Exclusive brands.
Drive pricing lifecycle strategy ( Regular, Promo, Clearance)
Build accountability measures to ensure the overall Sally Europe team delivers on its commitments concerning Pricing and Promotions
Manage the pricing and promotion end to end process
Analyse competitor and market activity in relation to promotional activities and pricing structures across all Sally Europe markets
Development and delivery of promotional mechanics for the different channels and communications
Review of promotional activity and implement learnings to improve promotional and margin performance
Work with the Merchandising team on forecasting for promotional/launch activity

About you …

Bachelor +, or master degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Statistics
Strong Commercial Retail background in pricing and promotiona manager role
Evidence of building or inputting into business wide strategies
Deep and detailed understanding of the market and customer drivers related to pricing and promotion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English & French
Experienced in SQL & BI
Advanced Excel skills
