Are you an organised, proactive problem-solver with a passion for real estate?

We’re looking for a Property Coordinator to join the team in Ghent and take ownership of a diverse and dynamic property portfolio across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany.

This is more than a coordination role—it’s about being a key player in shaping the future of our stores and creating the spaces where bold, colourful retail experiences come to life.

What You’ll Do….

Own the lease lifecycle: Manage everything from renewals and indexations to terminations and negotiations, with legal support when needed.
Optimise our spaces: Analyse costs and recommend smart, strategic solutions to make our sites work harder for us—and our customers.
Lead with insight: Prepare budgets, validate costs, and provide sharp reporting to help steer our real estate strategy.
Be the go-to contact: Liaise with landlords, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.
Stay ahead: Keep property records updated, monitor compliance, and support our expansion and optimization plans.

What Makes You a Great Fit….

At least 3 years’ experience in real estate—ideally from a brand or occupier’s perspective
Highly organized and detail-driven, with strong project management skills
Collaborative communicator who can build trust with stakeholders at every level
Proactive and flexible, with a positive, can-do mindset
Confident juggling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy
Comfortable in a multilingual setting—English + French and/or Dutch
