We are looking for a Sales Support Services Manager to join our Head Office in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week office based.

About the role …

As Contact Centre Manager, you will lead the Sales Support and Customer Sales and Support team, ensuring smooth operations and strengthening partnerships with our salon clients. Your ability to manage workflows, analyze sales data, and inspire your team will directly contribute to business growth and reinforce Salon Success as the go-to solution for salon professionals.

Key Responsibilities …

  • Offering strategic planning and contributing to multi-functional departmental decisions
  • Assisting with the day to day sales management / process to ensure sales goals are met
  • Proposing and implementing improvements to current working method
  • Preparation of sales data to support and direct the sales team.
  • Manage team workflow
  • Responsibility in the recruitment of new team, including training and induction
  • Support the team to meet KRA standards and performance levels
  • Carry out appraisals and manage performance
  • Promote and encourage team development and training
  • Resolution of more complex salon requests or objections
