We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will be based at our Head Office in Bracknell and offers hybrid working, with 3 days office based and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities …

Creative Leadership: Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with Sally Europe’s brand standards.
Brand Consistency: Safeguard and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive identity across all platforms.
Multi-Channel Excellence: Oversee print and digital design efforts, including web, social media, and motion graphics.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with internal teams and external partners while mentoring colleagues to inspire creative excellence.
Campaign Execution: Create eye-catching promotional assets and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic goals.

About you....

We’re looking for a dynamic team player who:

BA Hons in Design or a related field.
Has experience in B2C and B2B printed and digital design.
Excels in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere).
Possesses strong communication and presentation skills.
Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines on multiple briefs.
Champions innovation, encourages continuous improvement, and values customer engagement.
Desirable Skills: Photography, HTML, responsive web design, and video editing.
