Rotating Shift Patterns between 6am - 9pm

We are recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join our distribution centre in Blackburn.

The Role

First point of contact for the team in absence of the supervisor
Support the supervisor on the achievement of departmental targets for the team and strive to continuously improve
Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to our stores and customers
Assist the Supervisor to coach team members to high levels of service
Allocating stock to correct points in the warehouse
An active role that will contribute to achieving targets.

About you

Flexible and able to work across alternate shifts
Good understanding and practical experience with Warehouse Management systems within the department
Be able to complete physical duties including manual handling
Exceptional communication skills
Forward thinking and practical approach
Passionate, positive, and can do attitude
Proven success in coaching, developing and progressing team members
Customer focused
