Social Media Co-Ordinator

We are recruiting for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team at our Head Office in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.

About the role …

Being part of a team that’s able to think fast and react, you’ll be collectively responsible for the success of our Sally Europe social media accounts. Within your role, you will be accountable for the quality execution and growth of assigned channels within our full channel mix. Being a flexible team player you will at times work on multiple channels and switch accounts depending on focus and need. Working with the Social Media Manager, as a team you will strive to deliver a best-in-class execution of our strategy, always aiming to be Social First, using your creativity and flair for the channel to deliver against a commercial plan to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities …

• Accountable for planning and co-ordinating company social posts against our Marketing plan objectives & campaign objectives across 7 countries 
• Responsible for community management and engagement with the community on private Facebook groups
• Support on the rollout of the store social media tool kit and training for the UK and support in setting up accounts for Pro-Duo in Continental Europe
• Share content monthly with Op’s Manager in both UK & CE to ensure stores have sufficient and quality content for their channels each month, aligned with marketing plan and campaigns.
• Attend relevant industry awards and events to create social media content in order to recognise and support industry icons and moments.
• Working with the Social Media Manager and Content & PR Manager to develop content through working with ambassadors, influencers and media days.

About you …

• 1+ years of Social Media marketing experience 
• Copywriting skills 
• Retail marketing experience
• Confident with Canva
• Planned and organised 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to react to tactical needs of the business
