Store Communications Manager

As our Store Communications Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our Central Operations team and hundreds of retail stores across Europe. You'll drive clear and timely messaging, champion operational excellence, and ensure our store teams feel informed, supported, and empowered to succeed. 

This is a hybrid position - we are office based 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all communications to stores and district managers
• Own the store communications calendar and SharePoint content
• Collaborate across departments to align messaging with business strategy
• Build feedback loops with store teams and act on what you hear
• Visit stores to stay connected and grounded in their real-world needs
• Support the wider Operations team and step in for your manager when needed

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in store operations and communication, ideally in retail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative mindset – you love working across teams
• Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear, useful messaging
• Confidence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience a plus
• A flexible, curious, and people-focused approach
