We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the team at our Sinelco Head Office in Ronse. We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home.

About the role …

Are you ready to take charge of the supply chain for a leading European brand? As the Supply Chain Manager for Sinelco, part of Sally Europe, you will lead a team of planners responsible for ensuring the right product availability at the right time to meet customer demand. This is a hands-on role, combining strategic planning with operational oversight of supply and demand management, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities …

Oversee planning across all vendors, primarily in Europe and the Far East, to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage the Open to Buy (OTB) budget, ensuring inventory efficiency while achieving customer service and financial objectives.
Coordinate with the Sinelco distribution center on delivery priorities and manage inbound flow with freight partners, focusing on shipments from the Far East.
Establish effective transportation planning to streamline the distribution center workload.
Work with Product Development, Merchandising, Data Management, and Accounting to ensure a seamless supply chain process.
Build and develop a skilled planning team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and support individual development.

About you ...

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems (preferably D365).
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French or other languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
