What You'll Do....
As a WMS and IT Support Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You’ll ensure smooth operations, provide technical support, and help drive innovation across our site.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT and WMS-related issues, troubleshooting problems and escalating when needed.
- Manage user accounts, emails, and system access to keep everything running smoothly.
- Set up and maintain IT equipment, printers, and handheld scanning devices.
- Work closely with third-party partners to coordinate system updates and maintenance.
- Lead monthly IT meetings, sharing key updates and improvements.
- Support Wi-Fi network troubleshooting and IT hardware installations.
- Champion health and safety, ensuring best practices are followed.
Who You Are....
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and people-focused—someone who enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively.
- Tech-savvy with experience in a distribution centre environment.
- Confident using and managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to IT challenges.
- Passionate about delivering great service and supporting teams.
- A natural communicator who can work independently and with others.
Bonus points if you have:
- An IT-related qualification or additional technical experience.
- A keen interest in continuous improvement and efficiency.
