About the role …

Are you a sharp legal mind with a passion for business law? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a Senior Legal Advisor who will be the go-to expert on all legal matters across key business areas—including Real Estate, Product Development, Purchasing, and Software Implementation.

Key Responsibilities …

• Be the Legal Business Partner – Provide expert guidance on all company operations and activities.
• Contract Management – Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse business functions.
• Dispute Resolution & Risk Mitigation – Handle litigation across multiple countries and develop risk prevention strategies.
• Data Privacy & Compliance – Oversee GDPR and privacy regulations, ensuring best practices.
• Intellectual Property Leadership – Manage and refine our IP portfolio and strategy across Europe.
• Department Strategy & Process Optimization – Lead projects, refine workflows, and contribute to strategic planning.

About you ...

• Education: Master’s Degree in Law
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in commercial contracts and business law (law firm and/or in-house)
• Skills: Broad expertise in general commercial law, contract management and other domains such as GDPR, IP and Real Estate
• Mindset: Commercially savvy, solution-driven, and hands-on
• Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (Spanish/German a plus!)
• Travel: Occasional (mainly UK)
