We are looking for a Space Planning Analyst to join the team in our Bracknell Office. We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home.

About the Role

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and retail space optimisation? We’re looking for a Space Analyst & Planner to join our team and play a crucial role in maximising sales and profitability through strategic space and range planning. If you enjoy working collaboratively, using data to drive insights, and delivering best-in-class store experiences, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Analysing and Optimising Space: Use data insights to ensure store layouts and assortments maximise efficiency and performance.
Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with Store Layout Planners, Category Managers, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising to create and execute store plans effectively.
Driving Strategic Decisions: Support assortment updates, range reviews, and category projects, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.
Enhancing Processes: Improve planning systems, maintain accurate product and space information, and ensure seamless execution across store networks.
Providing Store Support: Act as the go-to expert for space planning, offering guidance and insights to store teams.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using space management software (JDA Space Planning is a plus).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
