Are you a data-driven, proactive Supply Chain professional with strong planning and analytical skills? We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our dynamic team in Gent, Belgium. In this cross-functional role, you will be responsible for managing the supply and inventory processes for a designated product category—ensuring the right stock, at the right time, in the right place.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with internal departments like merchandising, customer operations, warehousing, and sales & marketing to optimize stock availability and drive supply chain efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste. Develop mitigation plans for supply disruptions and challenge stock quality where needed.
  • Forecasting: Analyse sales data and market trends to develop accurate supply forecasts. Factor in promotional activity, seasonal shifts, and raw material availability.
  • Open-To-Buy (OTB): Manage intake plans and budgets across product categories; ensure spend remains within agreed parameters.
  • Promotions & Range Reviews: Work cross-functionally to plan allocations and minimize excess stock for new lines and promotional events.
  • Insights & Reporting: Deliver regular KPI reports; provide insight into forecast changes, supplier performance, and supply chain challenges.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers to manage inbound supply, resolve issues, and plan for future demand surges or factory closures.

What We're Looking For...

  • Previous experience in supply planning, forecasting, or procurement roles
  • Degree educated with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., D365 desirable)
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
