We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Co-ordinator to join our team and support the smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient running of our transport operations.

About the role...

As Transport Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in planning and coordinating daily deliveries and collections. You’ll work closely with external freight forwarders, parcel carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely and efficient transport services.

In addition, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the Sally UK car and van fleet, including driver records, vehicle compliance, fines, and fuel card administration.

You will also assist with customs and excise documentation when required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will be expected to support the UK Distribution Centre with general administrative tasks such as Health & Safety and Training, as needed.

What You'll Do...

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transport activities to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Liaise with external partners and internal teams to resolve transport issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles and drivers, including servicing and compliance documentation
• Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Support the Transport Manager with reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with administrative duties within the Distribution Centre when required

About You...

• Experience in transport or logistics coordination (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organised, team-oriented, and detail-focused
