Whether you're managing a Salon Services trade hub or a Pro Duo beauty destination, you’ll be shaping how professionals and beauty lovers shop.
District Managers are hands-on leaders with a bird’s eye view. You’ll coach and support multiple store teams, helping them meet goals, develop talent, and stay connected to customers' needs.
You could be working across a Sally Beauty retail region or leading a cluster of Salon Services trade stores. Either way, it’s fast-paced, impactful, and deeply rewarding.
Territory managers oversee multiple regions and stores and are visionary leaders who set the strategy for success. This role is for seasoned leaders with a bold outlook and the ability to inspire others at every level. Depending on your market, your influence will be felt across Pro Duo, Sinelco, or Sally Beauty locations.
