We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team, drive store performance and deliver fantastic customer experiences.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference, whether that's coaching your team, identifying new sales opportunities or making sure the store is looking its best.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and inspiring your team to deliver great results and exceptional customer service.
• Working towards sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Coaching and developing colleagues, helping them build confidence and progress their careers.
• Taking ownership of daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising and store standards.
• Building relationships with customers and local hair and beauty professionals.
• Supporting the Store Manager and confidently leading the store in their absence.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a retail supervisory or management role, with a passion for developing people.
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage a team.
• A hands-on, proactive approach and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of store life.
• A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• An interest in hair and beauty would be great, but it's not essential!
