We're looking for a Campaign Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at Sally Europe.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career, working across a variety of exciting campaigns and promotional activities for our well-known hair and beauty brands.

Working closely with our Campaign Marketing Manager and wider teams, you'll play an important role in making sure our campaigns are delivered on time, accurately and effectively across our stores and digital channels.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across stores, ecommerce, digital, CRM and social media.
• Coordinating campaign briefs, promotional materials, timelines and approvals to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Working with suppliers and brand partners to gather content, product information and marketing assets.
• Maintaining promotional calendars and supporting campaign launches and events.
• Collaborating with our Creative, Ecommerce, Category, CRM and Retail Operations teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the management of campaign budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
• Keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a busy team, has great attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a marketing, administrative or commercial support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• An interest in marketing, retail and the hair and beauty industry.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, working within retail or consumer goods, or knowledge of CRM and digital marketing would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
