We are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in Dutch and French to join our Customer Service team in Ghent. 

About the role …

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across all customer contact methods and working within a vibrant, high energy team. 

Key Responsibilities …

• Effective management of all end to end order processing
• Respond and follow up to all customer contacts within the agreed SLA timings
• Cross functional approach to problem solving and delivery of outstanding customer service
• Ensure all customer data is updated and maintained accurately
• Management of all aspects of customer acquisition including the online trade card application process

About you …

• Fluent in Dutch and French, a good understanding of English is desirable but not essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Good team player with self-motivation to work on own initiative 
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Previous experience of dealing with customers on a 1:1 basis
