We’re searching for a District Manager to lead our stores across North London/Essex/Bucks & Herts. You’ll bring energy, commercial focus, and a passion for developing people — turning strategy into success every day.

• Lead and inspire Store Managers to deliver outstanding performance.
• Build and execute business plans that boost sales and profitability.
• Use insights and data to spot opportunities and drive improvement.
• Champion people development, inclusion, and engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence and bring our brand experience to life in every store.
