We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to support our CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through email and SMS campaigns. This role will focus on campaign execution, performance optimisation, and customer engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute email and SMS campaigns through CRM platforms.
• Deliver end-to-end campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.
• Align to the campaign calendar to ensure timely communications.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Track and analyse campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimise accordingly.
• Support A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve engagement.
• Assist with CRM database management and audience targeting.
• Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns (knowledge is a plus).
• Confident in executing multi-lingual campaigns across Europe, proficiency in German, French, and Dutch is a plus

Ideally you will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools & platforms such as Emarsys, Hubspot & Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of email campaign analytics and optimisation.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
