We are recruiting for a Masterdata Administrator to join our Merchandising Team at our Pro-Duo Head Office in Ghent. 

About the role …

As a Masterdata Administrator you are the central figure between the purchasing department, warehouse, our stores and the accounting department. You will be responsible for the general management of the internal ERP system.

Key Responsibilities …

• Programming motions (checkouts) of our bi-monthly brochures for seven countries. This will include preparing excel files, creating promotions in the ERP and POS systems and creation of pop-ups for our websites  
• Testing and creating help sheets for our stores and follow-up of the promotions 
• Creation and follow-up of all product information, including updating product changes, creation of new items, bar codes, input & management of prices and supplier information
• Point of contact for all departments regarding product data management

About you …

• Communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is desirable but not essential)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills 
• Ability to effectively manage time and work in a fast paced environment 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
