At Sally Europe, we're looking for a creative, commercially minded PR, Partnerships & Influencer Manager to help grow our brands and strengthen our presence across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our influencer, PR, affiliate and partnership activity, working with creators, industry professionals and commercial partners to develop engaging campaigns that build brand awareness and deliver measurable results.

We're looking for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys building relationships and can combine creativity with a strong understanding of what drives commercial success.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Brand & Content Lead and wider Marketing teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with both professional hair and beauty customers and retail consumers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building our influencer network: Identifying and developing relationships with creators, influencers, salon professionals and brand ambassadors across our European markets.
• Creating engaging content: Leading influencer and user-generated content (UGC) programmes, from initial ideas and creative briefs through to content delivery, ensuring assets can be used across multiple marketing channels.
• Developing exciting partnerships: Identifying and managing brand collaborations, industry partnerships, events and sponsorship opportunities that increase awareness and support business growth.
• Growing our affiliate presence: Working with relevant publishers, content creators and affiliate partners to secure product features, reviews and engaging content that drives customer interest and sales.
• Supporting our PR activity: Managing relationships with external PR agencies, ensuring campaigns and communications align with our brand objectives.
• Bringing campaigns to life across Europe: Collaborating with local market teams to develop relevant activity that resonates with different audiences, cultures and customer needs.
• Measuring what matters: Monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets and using insights to identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and commercial results.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings creativity, enthusiasm and a proactive approach, alongside the commercial awareness and organisational skills needed to manage multiple projects and partnerships.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships or creator-led marketing within a consumer-facing business.
• A track record of building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and commercial partners.
• Experience developing influencer campaigns and commissioning engaging content, including UGC.
• An understanding of affiliate marketing, digital platforms and how content can influence customer engagement and purchasing decisions.
• Strong negotiation, project management and budget management skills.
• A good understanding of influencer marketing regulations, content usage rights and commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and partners across different markets.
• A creative, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Experience within beauty, haircare, retail or ecommerce would be an advantage, as would experience working across European markets or additional language skills. However, we're equally interested in the experience and ideas you could bring from other industries.
