We are looking for a Club Services Consultant to join our team in Aylesbury. The role will be office based, Monday to Friday and will be part of a passionate, enthusiastic and dynamic team.

About the role …

The purpose of this role is to drive sales through proactive customer contact, identifying sales opportunities and growing our business through imparting sound product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities …

  • Act as first point of contact for salon orders by phone and email 
  • Take ownership of the sales order process, ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the moment the order is placed, to its safe and timely delivery
  • Proactively contact salons to increase awareness of promotions, events and education opportunities 
  • Provide Customer Service and Support dealing with any queries, complaints, stock enquiries or returns 
  • Work closely with other departments to maintain an up to date awareness of stock levels and credit status 
  • Promote best practice and the business in a positive way whilst providing excellent customer service 
  • Understand monthly sales plans and performance targets 
  • Ability to exchange information with the customer on up-to-date promotions and new product launches to encourage increased salon purchases
