We are looking for a Club Services Consultant to join our team in Aylesbury. The role will be office based, Monday to Friday and will be part of a passionate, enthusiastic and dynamic team.

About the role …

The purpose of this role is to drive sales through proactive customer contact, identifying sales opportunities and growing our business through imparting sound product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities …

Act as first point of contact for salon orders by phone and email
Take ownership of the sales order process, ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the moment the order is placed, to its safe and timely delivery
Proactively contact salons to increase awareness of promotions, events and education opportunities
Provide Customer Service and Support dealing with any queries, complaints, stock enquiries or returns
Work closely with other departments to maintain an up to date awareness of stock levels and credit status
Promote best practice and the business in a positive way whilst providing excellent customer service
Understand monthly sales plans and performance targets
Ability to exchange information with the customer on up-to-date promotions and new product launches to encourage increased salon purchases
