Sinelco, our international B2B enterprise, specializes in distributing a wide array of professional hair and beauty products to over 60 countries. Our extensive product portfolio boasts approximately 5,000 items, making us a leading player in our industry.

Currently, we are recruiting an Internal Sales Support representative to join our dynamic team.

About the role …

This role will be responsible for supporting the Benelux sales representative in order to grow sales and profit across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing the sales and profit of Sinelco through acquiring and growing existing small/medium wholesale customers across Benelux
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business through proactive sales, promotions and special deals
  • Engaging with customers proactively via phone and email to provide updates and assistance
  • Work collaboratively with wholesalers to understand their specific needs and provide bespoke solutions 
  • Provide call reporting to the sales representative on a weekly basis 

About you …

  • Native Dutch speaker
  • Proficient in English (essential)
  • Demonstrates flexibility, collegiality, ambition, and motivation
  • Works independently with meticulous attention to quality and service
  • Possesses strong customer service skills and administrative efficiency
  • Exhibits a flair for commercial activities
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
