We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team at our Store Support Centre in Bracknell. We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home. 

About the role …

As the Social Media Manager you will be known for building the social media strategy for all channels within the Sally Europe group. You will be an effective can-do SME who leads your team to deliver the best in class social media.

Key Responsibilities …

  • Develop and manage the strategy for Sally Europe social media channels; including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok covering both Trade and Retail in multiple markets including UK/ROI, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Spain
  • Develop own brand social media channels for Sally Europe owned haircare, colour and electrical brands
  • Responsible for managing the performance of all social media channels to drive follower growth and engagement or acquisition and retention
  • Management of social media budget
  • Detailed channel performance reporting, taking an analytical test and learn approach to optimise channel strategy across multiple channels 
  • Responsible for defining the strategy and steering the performance and execution of the Store Social Media Channels; creating guidelines, auditing channels and coaching store teams

About you ...

  • Previous line management experience required 
  • Experience of social media management within a medium/large scale business
  • Paid social experience 
  • Strong content creation, briefing and feedback skills 
  • Experience of managing multi channels
