Technical Educator (South East UK)

We are recruiting for a Technical Educator to join our team. This is a field based role and will require frequent travel to various locations across the South of the UK. 

About the role …

This role is the face of our education.  Acting as a true ambassador and influencer this role will inspire our customers through our education delivery.  The role supports all customer channels, all exclusive and Win Win Brands, and is critical to supporting our sales team and stores deliver growth in our customer base. The role holder provides flexibility in delivering face-to-face and digital education across all channels including industry events and regional hubs.

Key Responsibilities …

• Develop & deliver both online & in person education to our customers and internal colleagues
• Take a lead role in the delivery of events, conducting demonstrations and creative stage work as required.
• Provide educational support to our customers to increase their confidence in our technical offering, with the specific aim of growing our colour business
• Work with Technical Educator Lead to create and deliver bespoke education courses/events both face to face and digital format
• Execute our education and brand education programme
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the market and customers to ensure effective commercial awareness
• Reporting on competitor activities regarding products, services and education activities.
• Attending and participating in Artistic training
• Be an ambassador to all our exclusive and Win Win brands

About you …

• An experienced hairdresser, experience working with colour products
• Previous experience within an Education role or similar within hair and beauty industry 
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills 
• Flexibility to travel frequently 
• Confident presenting in front of large groups, and have a creative flair
