Are you early in your social media career and ready to turn creativity into impact? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help bring Sally Europe’s social channels to life across the UK and Central Europe.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, supporting the delivery of social content, engaging with our community and helping grow our channels in line with our “social-first” approach.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and coordinating content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Supporting campaign delivery across multiple European markets
• Managing community engagement, including private Facebook groups
• Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and learning what content works best
• Spotting social trends and emerging influencers aligned to our brand
• Supporting store social media with content, toolkits and training
• Attending industry events and awards to capture social content
• Supporting the Social Media Manager with admin, POs and budget tracking

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year’s experience in social media or content marketing
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Confident using Canva and creating short-form video
• Organised, creative and comfortable juggling priorities
• Great communicator who enjoys working with different teams
• Passion for the hair & beauty industry
• Retail experience is a plus
• French language skills are advantageous
